Weeks 1-4: Connect and Discover

Complete weekly challenges to figure out what lifestyle and types of work you enjoy. You'll kick off each challenge on Saturday morning, then deep dive with your small group during the week.

Weeks 5-12: Micro Internships

Every week you'll meet a new young professional, and work on a projects from their work in different roles and industries to zero in on the future you want for yourself.

Weeks 13-16: Chart your path

Take everything you've learned and craft your own 12 month plan of action – then start executing on it. Optionally, continue working with your Guide on a passion project.
